Most extended medical plans provide 80-100% coverage for Registered Massage Therapy. Currently, massage therapy clinics are not set up to direct bill your extended medical plan. You simply send in the receipt we will give you and they will reimburse you according to your plan. Some will require a doctor's referral so check with your provider for details.
RCMP
Eligible members have coverage for supplementary health services at no cost. Limitations are outlined in the RCMP Benefits Grid. Please bring your Blue Cross Health Identification Card to your first appointment.
VETERANS
Veterans Affairs Canada provides coverage for registered massage therapy. Massage therapy must be prescribed by your physician in order to be approved.
MISSED APPOINTMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
In consideration of your fellow patients and your therapist please allow a minimum of two hours notice if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment. Cancellation within two hours of your appointment will be subject to a 50% charge.
No-shows will be subject to a 100% charge.
